Biography

Karen Yin is an Associate Attorney at Ohyan Law Group and has been with the firm since 2020. Her practice focuses on contracts, business transactions, corporate matters, immigration, intellectual property, and litigation. She graduated from top law schools in both China and the United States. Prior to joining Ohyan Law Group, Karen accumulated over ten years of legal experience working at multinational companies in Beijing and Houston, where she specialized in contracts, business transactions, corporate law, and intellectual property.
